Summary

Recognizing the evolving demands of the fashion industry and the importance of sustainability, H&M Group, in collaboration with Soheill, embarked on a transformative journey. The result was a groundbreaking sustainability film that not only highlighted H&M Group's ambitious 2030 program goals but also set an industry benchmark by providing an unparalleled insight into partner factories and their coworkers.

My role

Strategic Business Consultant: Leveraged real-world knowledge of paradigm shifts in the fashion industry to guide H&M Group's external communication strategy.

Creative Partner: Conceptualized and directed the sustainability film, ensuring it resonated with H&M Group's core values of co-creation and transparency.

Management: Assembled and led a diverse team of professionals to bring the vision to life.
